5. Data storage
When you upload a file to Improvibe, the file is uploaded to Amazon Web Services. Improvibe does not access or uses these files for any purpose, but you should be aware that these files are not encrypted and that they could be disclosed in legal proceedings or investigations.
Improvibe may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.It may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities, including without limitation, fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Improvibe may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the email address on your Improvibe account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
